Hello World! My name is Mrs. Killeen M. Gonzalez and this is my marketing blog.
First let me begin by telling you a little about myself. I am a native New Yorker who is currently living in Homeland, Georgia with my husband of many years and our four dogs.
I have over 25 years experience in marketing, advertising, sales, public relations and special event planning.
The industries I have worked in have run the gamut from tourism and hospitality to mass media, retail, health care and manufacturing. I have worked in both the private and government sectors as well as for profits and not-for-profits.
In addition I am a published writer and have worked as an advertising copy writer. Over the years I have written fiction, non-fiction, poetry and engaged in grant writing. I have also designed and created assorted sales collateral (brochures, fliers. menus), promotional DVDs and web sites.
Right now I am currently doing freelance marketing work.
I am married to a man who has owned several successful businesses. He has strong business acumen, keen intellect, is financially savvy and has an enduring entrepreneurial spirit. And when we put our minds together I assure you that we make a formidable team.
The purpose of this blog is to share marketing and general business information with those that are interested. I welcome any comments, suggestions or questions that you may have about these topics. As we go along my husband Manny and I will try and address all of your marketing and general business interests as best we can.
